Book Members

In the top-right of the producer page, you will find the Book Members button, this will open the Book Members modal.

Only the book owner can manage Book Members, other book collaborators can only view book permissions.

To add someone as a collaborator to your book, that person must first sign up to Ketida and give you their email address.

To add someone as a collaborator to your book, type or paste their email address into the search bar, and when their name appears select it.

Once selected, choose between Can view and Can edit access, and then click Add user.

Collaborators with Edit access can change book content or metadata and view export previews, but cannot download PDF or Epub files. Collaborators with View access cannot change book content or metadata or download PDF or Epub files, but can view export previews.

Book owners can change the type of permission or remove a book collaborator using the dropdown next to the person’s name.
